VT Solutions supported HORNBACH for four years in SAP system development within a complex logistics and retail environment. The engagement included ongoing development as well as a strategic new implementation: an SAP S/4HANA Event Management system for real-time tracking of order fulfillment across the entire supply chain.

  • Further development of SAP EWM, SAP TM, and the ERP system
  • Implementation of multi-tier delivery processes from order entry to final customer goods receipt, including stock transfers and cross-docking
